Understanding that our body's innate desire is to be healthy, the practice helps us to recognize what may be impeding this flow of health. Working with the outer form and inner experience, we restore the flow of vitality in the body; cultivate steadiness of mind and a deeper awareness of ourselves, and the beauty that surrounds us.
Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practioner group and private lessons are offered to accommodate each person's unique needs.

Intermediate classes
are best for experienced yoga students, beginners that have
completed the 8-week introduction to yoga course or those who have
significant experience in the movement arts (such as athletes, dancers
or martial artists).
